Here are some examples of alternative colours from our colour palette.
After printing them out I took them in to uni to show the group and we decided that the tones looked to washed out and maybe slightly feminine. Also the imagery blended in quite a lot with the background, therefore further development was needed.
After discussing we decided that the blue/green of the previous options worked the best, but as it was didn't have a positive feel about it. So we then adjusted it to this lime tone which is nice and bright and zesty. It also has connotations of being healthy and full of energy. The imagery is now a lot clearer and I think it looks effective with the grey type, our second colour. We have left the background clear, but I think when we come to printing an off-white, textured stock will show through.
