Here is a series of photographs documenting the production of our coffee sleeves. Initially they were cut using a scalpel from the main sheet, we wanted to use the vinyl cutter to do this but unfortunately it doesn't work well with paper. The next step was to glue the two edges and ensure that it fits on the cup correctly. Finally we added the sticker as a finishing touch on the back and to add to the secureness of the construction. We thought this process would take a lot longer than it did, but we found that working together so well really speeded it along.
